Ludlow's are fully licensed and insured to do business in Central Florida. We have all of the necessary permits required to provide outdoor services.

 Our staff consistently attend classes to further advance knowledge and ability to perform outstanding services for our clients. As with all legitimate businesses, documentation requirements for legitimate lawn care and landscaping companies are there for the protection of the business and the consumer. All good lawncare and landscaping businesses should have the following documents in place and be in a position to provide copies if and when requested:

• General liability insurance.
• EIN (Employer Identification Number) or FEI (Federal Employer ID) number. We recommend keeping a W9 on file.
• Business license for each county they will be operating in.
• Best Management license
• State license for pest control if applying fertilizer.
• Depending on the size of subcontractor you are using they should also have workers compensation. Although not strictly necessary for smaller companies it might concern some if this is not available in the event of an accident on one of your properties.
